Cookie & Analytics Notice

AnchorNxt uses a limited number of browser technologies for authentication, account sessions, security, interface preferences, consent preferences and analytics where the user has consented. AnchorNxt does not currently use advertising pixels or advertising cookies.

Certain browser storage is necessary for the Platform to operate. Depending on the portion of AnchorNxt being used, local storage or session storage may keep users signed in, maintain provider or administrative sessions, remember interface preferences, maintain onboarding progress and remember privacy or analytics choices.

Supabase may also use an authentication-related cookie to support functions such as Google Sign-In, authentication confirmation and account session handling. These technologies are considered necessary for requested Platform functionality.

AnchorNxt uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with the Platform. Depending on the interaction, GA4 may process pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location, usage events and analytics identifiers.

Google Analytics is not loaded until the user accepts analytics through the AnchorNxt consent mechanism. If analytics are accepted, Google may place cookies such as _ga and related Google Analytics identifiers. These cookies are not essential to the operation of AnchorNxt.

You may use AnchorNxt without accepting Google Analytics cookies. Declining analytics does not prevent essential authentication, security or account functions from operating.

A Cookie Settings link is available through the Platform. You may use it to reopen your consent preferences and accept or decline analytics. Where analytics consent is withdrawn, AnchorNxt will stop loading analytics technologies for future activity, subject to normal browser and technical limitations.

Certain AnchorNxt pages may retrieve resources from external services, including Google Fonts, employer or organization logos, favicons, social-sharing links and meeting links. When your browser requests a resource directly from an external provider, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and the requested resource. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

Most browsers allow users to inspect stored cookies, delete cookies, clear local storage, block certain cookies or configure privacy settings. Blocking technologies necessary for authentication or session management may prevent some parts of AnchorNxt from working correctly.

We may update this Notice if our technologies change, new Platform functionality is introduced, analytics practices change or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on AnchorNxt with its effective date.
