Provider & Listing Standards

Rules for organizations and individuals publishing opportunities on AnchorNxt.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Purpose

These standards supplement the AnchorNxt Terms of Use and apply to provider accounts, organization representatives and any person authorized to submit or manage opportunities on the Platform.

1

Authority to Publish

Providers must have authority to act for the organization or opportunity owner and must not impersonate another person, business, nonprofit, government body or institution.

2

Accuracy and Completeness

Listings must be materially accurate, current and not misleading. Providers should identify important eligibility requirements, location, deadlines, costs or compensation where applicable, application methods and material conditions.

3

Lawful and Non-Discriminatory Listings

Listings must comply with applicable employment, housing, human-rights, consumer-protection, anti-fraud and other laws. Providers must not post unlawful, exploitative, deceptive or discriminatory opportunities.

4

No Fraud or Misrepresentation

Providers must not use AnchorNxt to solicit money, credentials, sensitive personal information or other value through deceptive or fraudulent listings. AnchorNxt may request verification information where a listing or provider presents a trust or safety concern.

5

Applicant Information

Personal information received from applicants must be used only for lawful purposes reasonably connected to the opportunity and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the provider’s own privacy obligations.

6

Status and Expiry

Providers are responsible for updating, closing or removing opportunities that are filled, expired, cancelled or materially changed.

7

Communications with Users

Provider communications should be professional, relevant to the opportunity and free from harassment, discrimination, spam, coercion or misleading claims.

9

AnchorNxt Review and Enforcement

AnchorNxt may review, request changes to, reject, suspend or remove a listing or provider account where necessary to protect users, enforce Platform rules, respond to complaints, address legal risk or maintain the integrity of the Platform.

10

Provider Responsibility

Approval, publication or moderation by AnchorNxt does not transfer responsibility for the opportunity to AnchorNxt Corporation. The provider remains responsible for the listing, its selection process, communications, legal compliance and final decisions.
